Unfortunately, all items are final sale and returns will not be accepted


Damages and issues

Please inspect your shipment upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

We are not responsible for customer negligence, carrier delays or handling, weather conditions, improper care or planting, or performance of plants after the shipment has been received. If you fail to open your shipment immediately upon delivery and the order not inspected in a timely manner, we are not liable for the contents, as plants will quickly dehydrate and their condition will decline. Orders may be eligible for replacement, only if the customer has followed care instructions provided with the order or by the grower. Replacements will be considered on a case-by-case basis and we reserve the right to request documentation and/or photos regarding the issues with your order prior to issuing a decision. We are not liable for more than the purchase price of the failed order and this does not include shipping and handling fees.
